We are excited to welcome all of our food truck vendors to Police Week Tent City 2024!
Please be sure to familiarize yourself with our rules and information before submitting your application.
By submitting your application you agree to the Police Week Tent City Food Truck Vendor Agreement.
Food Truck Vendor Operation Schedule
All food trucks are required to be open during the times listed below.
Due to the site schedule (11 am – 2 am), many will stay open later. Vending schedule is subject to change.

2024 Food Truck Vendor Pricing
2024 Flat Fee for event is $1,500.00. (Includes both days of the event.)
The email address provided on food truck vendor application will be invoiced for $1,500.00, payable by Monday, April 1, 2024.
Food Truck Vendor fee is Non-Refundable. This is an outdoor Rain or Shine event.
Food Truck Vendor Qualifications
- Each participant must be a fully licensed and insured food/sales operation with the primary function of preparing and selling food.
- Food must be prepared within a licensed food truck.
- The Fire Marshal is requiring each food truck to have a propane use permit through DC. and a set closing time for food service.
- Applicants must submit their menu at the time of submission, so that the Tent City Committee ensures a diverse mix of quality offerings within the program.
- All Food Truck Vendors MUST DISPLAY a valid SERVSAFE CERTIFICATION..
Beverage Rules
- All food trucks and food vendors may sell any non-alcoholic beverages.
- All drinks and pricing must be included on the menu submitted with application.
- Please note that the sale of any energy drink product other than Monster Energy products is strictly prohibited.
Safety
Food Truck Vendors shall sell and serve food at their own risk.
Applicants must obey all pertinent safety codes and laws, including, but not limited to, fire, safety and parking regulations.
Police Week Tent City reserves the right to shut down any food truck vendors not meeting cleanliness and food storage safety codes and laws.
